The porcelain bas-relief Capodimonte cameo necklace is widely considered to be among the finest Italian porcelain products in the world. An heirloom quality gift, it contains the reverse of the Miraculous Medal insignia on the back. 

The Our Lady of Grace cameo is created with a white opaque bas-relief bisque on a previously colored jasperware base, then fired in one piece at temperatures up to 1200c., a technique developed more than 3000 years ago.
